Our chapter hall: T-Centralen is available for Aerospace Chapter members and everyone who studies Vehicle Engineering at KTH. It is possible to use the chapter hall in many different ways, e.g. movie night, study circle, gasque etc.
Members of the Aerospace Chapter have the opportunity to book T-Centralen to arrange events, but also if you want to book the study room or the meeting room.
The study and meeting room is most easily booked by writing your name in the time slot that suits you best, but which is still vacant. Keep in mind that you are not allowed to be upstairs when the bar is open, so double check that there are no other activities in the room that evening, if you want to study until the wee hours!
To book T-Centralen in its entirety, this is most easily done by contacting the Head of Chapter Hall at firstname.lastname@example.org, where you can state what kind of event it is about. If you want sales in the bar, you should inform Kubbmästarna at email@example.com who can help and guide you to a well-arranged party event!
Rules for renting
When renting, the following applies:
With regard to the rental of chapter halls, KTH has issued the following instructions: “According to established party rules, a chapter member with an accompanying guest is authorized to the chapter hall. The chapter hall cannot be rented out. ”
KTH’s party rules apply. Exemption can be granted for:
- Other Chapter.
- Alumnia from the chapter that want to have a “gathering”.
- THS approved student association.”
The purpose of this instruction is that the chapter should not be able to exclude all or parts of the chapter members from the premises provided by KTH for the entire chapter. Rental is thus assumed to be a closed event, where not all members have the opportunity to participate. However, this does not prevent students from meeting at T-Centralen for social purposes.
